9 September - Tuscan Cabbage Risotto with Truffle Oil & Scones

And I'm upto date with blog!

Unbelievable!

So anyways, this was the awesome dinner we had tonight.
Tuscan cabbage risotto, and lightly drizzled with truffle oil, which was received last night in good timeliness!

It definitely added an extra character to the flavours that we all relished.

So what's in it?
Arborio, onions, garlic, vegie saffron stock, speck, and tuscan cabbage






Yes, It's SCONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Melty, drippy, creamy scones...... *drool drool drool*
