29 August - Vego Bean Curd Rolls

Hmm.... so what on earth did I put in these little parcels?



Hmmm, I think I had some fried tofu strips, savoy cabbage, Cloud ear fungus, and a thickened oyster sauce
This was served with steamed rice, leftover fried tofu cubed, cooked in kecap manis and yellow capsicum
