3 Sept - Beef cooked in Butter & Black Rice

I'm quite surprised that we haven't made this dish in the year that we've been living in the house of awesome food....

This is definitely one of my all time favourite things that my parents make.
This is possibly the only time where overcooking beef is a mandatory thing.

It's just simply, thinly sliced beef, cooked in a pan with loads of melted butter, cook it until the beef is crispy and crunchy!

Here, we teamed it up with some black rice and sliced red onions and some yoghurt sauce. We've only just discovered black rice and love the nutty interesting flavour it brings to a dish.
