An oldie but a goodie, and with the leftover honey mustard marinade, I just turned it into a honey mustard sauce for the beans.

10 November 2011 - Beef & Vegie Rolls
We love this dish because of how quick it is to make and how tasty it is to eat!
Grab some very thinly sliced beef, some vegies cut into sticks (we used carrots, garlic chives and beans this time, but we've also used asparagus in the past and it was GREAT!), wrap beef around vegies and pan fry.
We served this with a japanese sesame sauce and some steamed rice.

We had left over beans, so just quickly cooked it and added a sweet chicken-flavoured sauce over it. |
