10 October - Fennel Sausages with Penne and Creamy Tomato Herby Sauce

Just because we had some leftover cream, I had to use it up or it would just go off and be wasted... and its sacrilegious to waste cream.

So I made that yummy creamy tomato sauce again, but this time instead of chorizo, we used fennel sausages from Costco.

Didn't quite have the same zing, but not much does compared to chorizo... that and I did use different herbs.... this time it was giant leafed oregano (not the scientific name for it, but trust me, the leaf was giant! And hairy!) from our garden.

Tasted pretty nice anyhows so no complains from me...
