12 October - Rice Vermicelli Slaw with Wasabi Dressing & Seared Beef with Japanese Curry Sauce

An impromptu made up recipe and a very clever and delicious one at that!

So the beef was seared rare (probably maybe just a tad bit too rare, no?)
With roast potatoes because we love potatoes and served with a Japanese curry sauce.

And this is the noodle salad dressed with the wasabi mayo and it was awesome
