Oh, the creamed spinach isn't though... that dish can take quite a lot of time...ya know, it's all the washing and rinsing of the spinach leaves that takes so long, then you got to chop and mince onions and garlic....
And because it takes so long to prep the spinach dish, we started off with some bacon & pancetta wrapped dates (so addictive that it may be lethal!)
