Sashimi & Soba Noodles

Make no mistake, I love noodles.
Most kinds of noodles... such a versatile food, so many varieties and so many ways to cook and enjoy them.

Anyhoos... we had some fresh fish from the market so the best way to enjoy fresh fish is to do what the Japanese do best: Sashimi.

Yum. Oh.

(oh, and that's friend crispy salmon skin, cos you cannot let that kind of stuff go to waste!)
