An oldie but a goodie, and with the leftover honey mustard marinade, I just turned it into a honey mustard sauce for the beans.

15 November 2011 - Steak & Salads
The original plan for tonight's dinner was supposed to be a chicken salad, but plans go awry and we have come up with something better!
As Sims had a sale on their Porterhouse, we just had to get some... and since we were getting steak, well.. who could resist a steak?! So steak for dindins it was.
Chicken salad will have to wait another night...

| Steak, medium rare. Cabbage, apple and caper slaw (I love love luuuurrrve this salad!) Risoni, tomato, parsley and spinach salad with lemon dressing (And this one is pretty darn good too) |
