9 October - Mixed Tapas 4 ways

I call this mixed "tapas" because it really isn't all that tapas-y, but it kinda is at the same time...
 you know what I mean?

Well, allow me to show you....

This was left over roast potatoes from last night and at the bottom of the bowl is some dumpling filling (sweet potatoe and potatoe


Top left to right: Baked potatoes, savoy cabbage slaw with mint, chorizo, and vego dumplings

Now this was tapas-y!
Out the front is chorizo with tomatoes, caramelised onions and balsamic dressing

Vego dumplings, filling was a mix of sweet potato and potato, caramelised onions and various herbs.
Shown here served with some minty oil dressing
