16 October - Thit Kho (Vietnamese Braised Pork Belly)

This is a dish that you have to make a few days prior so that all the flavours develop over a few days...

And since I was not gonna be home for dinner (I had an "awards" night to attend *hem hem*, very important business... you know... that kind of thing...), the girls decided not to cook and just have this delicious pork belly dish for dinner.

Stuff of Gods this is, it truly is!



Looks like the girls served it with a little asian "slaw"
