Melbourne Cup themed dinner (29 October 2011)

Goats cheese and feta cheese balls with pistachio, canteloup & balsamic dressing


Crumbed and baked mushrooms with feta and avocado


Apple and watercress salad on cream cheese and crackers


Mashed cauliflower with plenty of cream and butter
And loads of yum-ness


Roasted pumpkin and orzo warm salad, full of good deliciousness!


Duck a l'Orange
being "carved"....

Stuffed and baked honey mustard chicken


Oooohhhh yeah, stuffing galore!


One fricken big chicken maryland, stuffed with stuffing goodness


Dessert was Death by Chocolate
with strawberries, poached peaches and cream


Oh and berry sauce


Sangria.
Diluted with a bit more red wine.


Mojito anyone?
