9 August - Fennel Soup with Chorizo and Haloumi Tapas

I discovered a new way to use fennel and that was to make it into a soup and it was FABULOUS!

we also decided to have chorizo in balsamic sauce and haloumi tapas as a starter. Great choice, great choice!
