Saturday Luncheon Feast



Mussels in a fennel, tomato and saffron broth.
Served with fresh crusty bread and Warnambool butter (not pictured).


Purple cabbage, zuchini, fennel and orzo salad with fresh herbs (mint, Vietnamese mint, and parsley).

Lemondade scones.


Lindt's 70% cocoa chocolate mousse with fresh blackberries & strawberries.



The original idea was to simply make scones... but a change of plans meant mussels for lunch instead of dinner.... which eventually snowballed into a 4 course feast... (and 2 of 'em are sweets!)

Can't complain about the good life!
