Beef Bourguignon

Ahhhh a french classic!

We served it up with creamy mashed potato and awesome cauliflower mash


Beef bourguignon with king oyster mushrooms

mmmmmmm, the close of the mashes....

The lump of mash at the back is cauli mash, and the one near the front is  potato.
So yum!

This is what we call drool inducing!
