30 April - Pho (again) and fried rice for lunch tomorrow

Just because I can... I made lunch for tomorrow
and because pho is just lovely to have on a nice cold day

I never knew I liked fried rice until I had to fry my own rice...
And I'm pretty darn good at it, even if I do say so myself :P
