We love love luuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrve beancurd rolls!
And this time I altered the standard recipe a little bit.
This was completely vegetarian, with mushrooms, vego roast duck, savoy cabbage and choko stuffing and a nori sheet was layed on top of the bean curd to roll the stuffing. A nice little taste was imparted. I quite like this combo.
