Grilled chinese sausage with soy. YUMMY!

Kecap manis, chinese sausage, rice. Good stuff.

So, what is that yellow crepey thing you ask?
Well, it was originally a failed attempt at making a rice flour crepe, but it didn't work out so I abandoned it, but Miss T decided to salvage it and turned it into this tumeric/ coconut milk infused flavoured crepe thing, which was actually pretty darn nice.

I made the peking duck, and we also made the pancakes cos we just couldn't find where to buy it in the shops despite EVERYONE telling us that you can get it in shops...

Turned out pretty nice.

18 May - Baked Snapper, Fried Tofu, Glutinous Purple Yam

Yeah, I'd never heard of them before either... but in this soup, it's pretty tasty. Looks kind of weird though.

 

16 May - Korean Pork Burgers

If I ever had to choose a last meal before I die... this would be very very high on that list.
