24 June - Pumpkin Gnocchi with Pandan & Coconut Pannacotta, Home Made Soy Milk

Success of the potato gnocchi has gone to our heads, so we ventured into more challenging territories...

Pumpkin gnocchi (dum, dum dummmmmmmmmmm)

Well... I wasn't really happy with the results, but you know what? They tasted alright when the sauce was added.

So I would call it not too bad....






We also decided to throw together some pandan and coconut pannacotta for desserts...
We do that at House of Awesome Food.
Cos that's the way we like to roll






Oh yeah, we also made our own soy milk. Much more flavoursome than the store bought kind.
