2 July - Soy Burgers with Fennel Slaw

This is what we do with soy pulp (Okara) after the milk has been extracted from it?

Well, there're a few recipes out there... but we decided on soy burgers and they weren't too bad.

We coated these with couscous and panfried them and they were crispy as!

We also had some greens... baby silverbeet I believe. Yep, they were good too.
