Keemi had a friend over and served up delicious traditional Vietnamese Pho...
Only problem was that the spicy smells were so yummy that once we added the soup we couldn't wait for any more photos and just ate it all up!
Thinly cut beef slices, chinese meatballs, onion, lots of spices, thai basil, and a quail egg to top it off...
Extra meatballs, quail eggs, onion and spring onion with lemon wedges to serve. Oh! Also, a deliciously (and dangerously) sweet Plum wine to go with it all.
