BBQ Drumsticks & Roast Pork Belly

Dinner was supposed to be just chicken drumsticks with a fresh herb salad...

but we had a tiny piece of pork belly left over from goi cuon so I roasted that as well not really expecting the crackling to pop, but guess what? I'm so amazing a cook that it actually WORKED!

The crackling popped like crazy, and so did I :)
