11 September - Roast Pork Belly, Grilled Asparagus, Radish Salad & Grilled Garlic Rosemary Swiss Mushrooms

Something a little bit fancy for a weeknight. Haven't done this in a long while....




Radish and carrot salad with dill, parsley and lemon, in a white balsamic dressing




Rosemary and garlic roasted swiss brown mushrooms
Roasted radishes, and carrots
Grilled asparagus with lemon zest, butter and garlic

Moist and juicy!


A perfect crackle!
