It's fast to cook, there's an enormous variety of them, it's easy to prepare and it tastes fantastic, so what's not to love?
Anyway, using the leftover wonton pork mix from yesterday, we turned our meal into something else altogether. Something rather quite good ('scuse the poor engrish...)
we served it with a tomato and bocconcini salad. Not quite asian but what the hey, we like noodles and we like cheese, so what? |
And a soy, mirin, honey dressing for the noodles. Delicious. |
