We call it choko, but the french call it chouchou so I'd much rather boulettes chouchou than choko balls (which, in the wrong frame of mind, can sound really quite dirty lol).
Apparently this is a really popular Mauritian dish... I've never actually eaten it before, so I can only assume that my version is the far superior one heheheh
We decided to serve it with some simple noodles, steamed beans and tofu in a simple soy broth. It was very nice indeed.
