22 April - BBQ Beef Ribs, Cucumber Salsa, Stirfry Tofu, Butter Brussel Sprouts & Grilled Garlicky Mushrooms

The most heavenly ribs I have ever had the honour of eating. It was worth the drive out to Keilor just to get $5/kg ribs.....

Panfried tofu, coated with flour, stirfried with ketchap manis

Cucumber salsa

Brussel Sprouts with speck and garlic and butter

Grilled garlicky giant field mushrooms



21 April - Roasted Artichokes, Prawn & Papaya Salad, Scallops on Scallop Mousse

Yep... I'm definitely getting lazier...
the photos and cooking are still happening, but I just cannot find the time to upload the pics...
Sheer laziness.


Roasted artichoke, prawns with papaya salad (I hand julienned the papaya myself, not a bad job eh? *blows and polishes nails on should*), panfried scallop on scallop mousse, cos you just can't get enough scallopy goodness!
